The content provided on this website and its associated social streams are to be used for personal consumption for entertainment purposes only. Should any party wish to use the content provided on this website or its associated social streams for purposes other than that oulined in these terms of use, it must be only with the express permission of the creator, Red Seas. Red Seas image, logo, writings and video products are the sole property of Red Seas and should not be used for 3rd party financial or marketing gain without express permission by the owners.

2. Subscription Services
Subscription services are charged on a monthly basis at the agreed fee allocated to each subscription tier. Should a subscriber wish to change or cancel subscription, this will take effect at the rental period (beginning of next subscription month) or at the discretion of the service provider – Red Seas. The service provider retains the right to cancel or adjust any subscription offering at their discretion and without need for explanation. This may be on a case by case basis or wholesale in the case of a subscription tier.
3. Third Party Payment Gateway – Financial Information
All financial information provided by the customer is held in conformity with current privacy regulations as maintained by the payment processing subsidiary. Customers who submit their payment information understand that Red Seas do not have access to this information at any time and all payment processing is conducted on 3rd party servers such as PayPal. Please see said 3rd parties for further information on their data management practices.
5. Data transfer, storage & processing globally
Red Seas make every effort to ensure all customers data is held securely and can be provided and deleted upon written request. Our web servers are 3rd party operated and maintained to the latest legislative requirements in accordance with the locations in which the customer data is stored. as this is across multiple sites and outwit the control of Red Seas, any potential data breach will be managed by the 3rd party provider in conjunction with Red Seas. Should any data provided by a customer be deemed valnerable or stollen, Red Seas will make every effort to contact that customer directly and inform them of the actions being taken to resolve the issue and any further steps that may be required or suggested.
